Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join their HR Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and drive system implementations
• Lead Workday projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment within Core HCM and Benefits
• Manage and troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and enhance reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in the HR domain
• Functional expertise in Workday HCM, particularly in Core HCM and Reporting
• Proficiency with EIBs, including mass data loads and error resolution
• Solid business analysis skills, including process mapping and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with Workday integrations
