Job Summary

Workday HCM Consultant, a full-time remote position, supports and maintains Workday HCM with a focus on Payroll and Expenses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and optimize user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads discovery and design sessions, optimizing Workday functionalities for clients
• Implements process improvements and ensures project deliverables meet standards
• Collaborates with project leadership and assists in integrating Workday with external systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of hands-on Workday experience, particularly in HCM, Payroll, and Expenses
• Ability to work across multiple Workday modules for cross-training and team coverage
• Experience in a fully remote, collaborative environment
• Workday certifications are preferred but practical experience is prioritized
