Job Summary

To guide an offshore team and drive critical HRIS initiatives, the hands-on Workday HCM Consultant will work remotely on a 4-month contract, leading enhancements for Workday HCM while preparing for the India Open Enrollment and revamping onboarding and termination processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate daily deliverables for an offshore team of 4-6 Workday Analysts
  • Review and audit complex HCM configurations, business processes, and security groups prior to release deployment
  • Drive the execution of the India Open Enrollment cycle and overhaul of the Onboarding and Termination life cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in a Principal Consultant capacity
  • Deep configuration experience in Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management, with preferred experience in managing Open Enrollment cycles
  • Strong expertise in Workday Business Processes and Workday Security Configuration
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
