Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Acting as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements, the full-time Principal Workday HCM and Security Consultant will navigate and optimize Workday Security, build custom reports, and ensure successful production support for HCM and additional modules while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, providing guidance through design, configuration, and testing phases
• Support clients during Annual Events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, and Open Enrollment
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment and communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Workday HCM and Security experience as a lead consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Workday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core and at least one additional module (e.g., Comp, Benefits, Recruiting)
• Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices
