Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support Higher Education clients, the full-time remote Workday Senior Consultant, HCM will provide functional expertise in HCM Core, Compensation, and Recruiting implementations, optimizations, and enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support and consulting expertise for Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Recruiting client engagements
• Lead assigned HCM workstreams and partner with clients to review requirements and recommend solutions
• Configure, test, and support Workday functionality while managing multiple client priorities and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Active Workday HCM certification required
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Recruiting
• Experience supporting Workday implementation or optimization for Higher Education clients
• Ability to independently manage client-facing responsibilities and priorities
• Strong understanding of upstream and downstream impacts across Workday modules
