Job Summary
Leading ongoing support and optimization efforts for multiple clients, the full-time remote Workday HCM Consultant will serve as a strategic advisor, managing post-production services for various Workday modules while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Workday post-production support services for HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules across a portfolio of clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, addressing escalations and guiding clients through system updates and enhancements
- Manage day-to-day support activities, including triaging tickets, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing timely resolution in alignment with SLAs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday experience with deep functional expertise in Core HCM and at least two other modules
- Experience in a managed services model
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role providing ongoing Workday support and advisory services
- Experience leading Workday release assessments and regression testing in a multi-client environment
- Workday certification preferred
