Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Leading ongoing support and optimization efforts for multiple clients, the full-time remote Workday HCM Consultant will serve as a strategic advisor, managing post-production services for various Workday modules while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Workday post-production support services for HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules across a portfolio of clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, addressing escalations and guiding clients through system updates and enhancements
• Manage day-to-day support activities, including triaging tickets, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing timely resolution in alignment with SLAs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience with deep functional expertise in Core HCM and at least two other modules
• Experience in a managed services model
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role providing ongoing Workday support and advisory services
• Experience leading Workday release assessments and regression testing in a multi-client environment
• Workday certification preferred
