Workday HCM Consultant
Job Summary
To support healthcare clients in achieving better business performance, the full-time Workday HCM Consultant will deliver ERP solutions through the implementation and optimization of Workday's Human Capital Suite while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation
- Ensure successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support
- Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, enhancing their technical and consulting skills
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
- Strong functional expertise across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent
- Demonstrated team and functional workstream leadership
- Experience facilitating client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Workday HCM Partner Certifications preferred in relevant modules
