Workday HCM Consultant
Job Summary
Providing technical oversight for a major Workday HCM implementation, the part-time Workday HCM Consultant will collaborate remotely with internal stakeholders and the implementation partner, ensuring successful configuration, testing, and go-live readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate the implementation partner's work and system configuration
- Provide hands-on support for backend configuration, business process changes, and integrations
- Assist internal administrators in balancing ongoing responsibilities with testing and implementation demands
Required qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM configuration and implementation
- Knowledge of business process frameworks and reporting
- Familiarity with Benefits, Time, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting modules
- Understanding of benefits administration and enrollment workflows
- Ability to assess technical issues independently and make necessary adjustments
