Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the functional and technical aspects of the customer's Workday environment
• Create and maintain system integrations, configure security roles, and configure business processes
• Ensure data integrity, test system changes, and analyze data flows for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, information systems, or related field
• 2 years' HCM or HRIS experience
• General understanding of human resources, benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
• Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience translating business requirements into system requirements
