Workday HCM Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the successful launch of Workday Human Capital Management for Ambulatory Surgery Centers, the part-time Workday HCM Implementation Analyst will serve as the primary contact for implementation, coordinate testing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR workflows, benefits administration, and payroll processing, with options for remote work and some on-site presence preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM implementation within the organization
• Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure system accuracy and functionality prior to go-live
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve HR workflows and payroll processes

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), including benefits and payroll modules
• Experience with HR workflows, benefits administration, time tracking, and payroll processing
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to project needs in a fast-paced environment
