Workday HCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ES Workday Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Workday HCM system requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting
• Assist with data migration and support user acceptance testing (UAT) while developing training materials for end users

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Experience in data migration and validation from legacy systems
• Familiarity with project documentation and training material development
