Workday HCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Lead to manage their global HCM system within Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration of Workday Core HCM modules and implement system upgrades and enhancements
• Conduct testing of system changes to ensure compliance and maintain documentation
• Deliver training and support for Workday functionality and manage the Workday Help queue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM configuration with at least five years of experience
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
