Workday HCM Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Product Analyst (HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a deep understanding of HR business processes and Workday HCM usage
• Analyzes business requirements and recommends optimal Workday solutions aligned with business needs
• Partners with HR process owners and Technology Solutions to ensure effective implementation and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Product/Project Management, or equivalent preferred
• At least three years of experience in Workday HCM functionality
• Advanced knowledge in three or more Workday HCM modules
• Thorough understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, and Report Writing
• Preferred knowledge in Custom Fields and Custom Objects Creation and Maintenance
