Workday HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Enterprise Project Manager for a 9-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end enterprise Workday HCM implementation, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop and manage the integrated project plan, milestones, and critical dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and lead project governance, facilitating engagement with steering committees and executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading at least one full, enterprise-wide Workday HCM implementation
• Deep understanding of HR system architecture and the Workday deployment lifecycle
• 7+ years of project management experience within enterprise organizations
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
