Workday HCM Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support strategic HR initiatives, the full-time Workday HCM Solution Architect will manage product vision and solution architecture for Workday HCM, including reporting and analytics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Workday HCM, ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Establish people data standards and maintain reporting governance and analytics solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and implementing enterprise technologies
• 10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including reporting and custom fields
• 4+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Strong experience with Workday Reporting, including complex calculated fields and dashboards
