Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Workday HR Admin & Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for Workday HCM features and translate business requirements into detailed user stories
  • Lead and develop a team of Workday HR administrators, setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of workflows with business objectives and manage release coordination
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on configuration and administration
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience with technical or HR teams
  • Workday certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes, data privacy, compliance requirements, and system architecture principles
