Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Workday HR Admin & Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Workday HCM features and translate business requirements into detailed user stories
- Lead and develop a team of Workday HR administrators, setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of workflows with business objectives and manage release coordination
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on configuration and administration
- 2-3 years of leadership experience with technical or HR teams
- Workday certification is preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes, data privacy, compliance requirements, and system architecture principles
