Workday HR Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Benefits Operations Group, the remote contract Workday HR Specialist I will conduct benefits audits and manage benefits data while working with large data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct benefits audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Manage and analyze benefits data, focusing on large data sets
• Collaborate with the team to support an influx of work through the end of the year

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workday, particularly in managing benefits data
• Ability to work with large data sets effectively
• Availability to work EST hours remotely
• Contract availability through the end of the year
• Previous experience in an HR or benefits-related role is preferred
