Workday HR Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Benefits Operations Group, the contract Workday HR Specialist I will conduct benefits audits and manage benefits data while working remotely on an hourly basis through the end of the year.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct benefits audits to ensure data accuracy
• Manage and analyze benefits data within Workday
• Collaborate with the team to handle an influx of work efficiently

Required qualifications

• Experience using Workday, particularly with benefits data
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Availability to work EST hours remotely
• Contract availability through the end of the year
• Prior experience in an HR or benefits operations role is preferred
