Job Summary
A company is looking for a HR Systems Analyst - Workday (Time and Absence).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Workday Time and Absence configurations for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Time and Absence systems
- Act as a subject matter expert on Time and Absence functionalities, advising on best practices and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management
- Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments preferred
- Workday Time and Absence Pro certification is highly preferred
- Additional experience in configuring other Workday modules is a plus
