Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Systems Analyst - Workday (Time and Absence).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize Workday Time and Absence configurations for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Time and Absence systems
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Time and Absence functionalities, advising on best practices and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments preferred
  • Workday Time and Absence Pro certification is highly preferred
  • Additional experience in configuring other Workday modules is a plus
