Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Administrator - Benefits & Core HCM Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules
- Support critical business cycles including Open Enrollment and benefits administration
- Develop, maintain, and validate Workday reports for HR operations and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HRIS or related field
- Workday certification(s) in Core HCM and Benefits
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supporting complex Workday environments
- Strong experience with Workday reporting and data validation
- Knowledge of Workday business processes and benefits administration workflows
