Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Administrator - Benefits & Core HCM Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules
  • Support critical business cycles including Open Enrollment and benefits administration
  • Develop, maintain, and validate Workday reports for HR operations and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HRIS or related field
  • Workday certification(s) in Core HCM and Benefits
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supporting complex Workday environments
  • Strong experience with Workday reporting and data validation
  • Knowledge of Workday business processes and benefits administration workflows
