Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst (Contract) to support their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues
- Develop and generate standard and custom advanced reports for various functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience working with Workday, particularly in HCM, payroll, benefits, or compensation modules
- Analytical skills with the ability to create custom reports
- Workday Certification(s) in HCM and Reporting preferred
- Experience with Workday integrations and project management skills are a plus
