Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst (Contract) to support their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues
  • Develop and generate standard and custom advanced reports for various functions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Workday, particularly in HCM, payroll, benefits, or compensation modules
  • Analytical skills with the ability to create custom reports
  • Workday Certification(s) in HCM and Reporting preferred
  • Experience with Workday integrations and project management skills are a plus
