Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements for HRIS projects
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain consistent methodologies and best practices for HR systems
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and manage operational support vendors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience required
• Intermediate level experience with Excel required
• Proven configuration expertise in HR functional areas such as HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
