Workday HRIS Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Technology Consultant, WorkDay (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for HRIS-specific issue resolution
• Analyze, gather requirements, configure, test, and migrate changes for multiple HRIS functional areas
• Collaborate with SMEs and HR areas to improve and configure business processes and report setups

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years' experience as an HRIS consultant, with Workday experience preferred
• Proficient in seven or more HRIS functional areas, including HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
• Strong familiarity with cloud-based software concepts and business process modeling
• Experience with agile methodology in project management
