Workday HRIS Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise HR systems enhancements, the full-time remote Workday HRIS Consultant will provide functional support for Global Payroll, gather requirements, configure solutions, execute testing, and assist with deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional Workday support across multiple modules, focusing on Global Payroll
• Gather and document requirements for HRIS enhancement requests and process improvements
• Create and execute test scripts, validate results, and support deployment activities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience as a functional analyst or HRIS consultant
• Strong experience supporting Workday Global Payroll, including payroll processes and configuration
• Full lifecycle delivery experience: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose data/process breakdowns and propose scalable solutions
• High computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
