Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Lead (HCM, Recruiting and Talent & Performance).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-go-live stabilization across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance
- Serve as the functional owner for Workday HCM configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions across the employee lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong functional expertise across Core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance
- Experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live or hypercare environment
- Proven ability to design and configure end-to-end business processes
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and security
