Workday HRIS Lead Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution and optimization of Workday HCM and related modules, the full-time Senior Manager, Workday HRIS Lead will manage complex configuration initiatives, ensure data integrity, and drive HR technology projects in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the delivery of the Workday configuration strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
• Lead hands-on configuration and optimization of Workday modules, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design to deployment
• Act as the primary liaison between HRIS, HR COEs, IT, and external partners for Workday design decisions and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Degree or relevant certification or experience
• 7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 5+ years in hands-on configuration across multiple modules
• Deep functional expertise in Workday areas such as Advanced Compensation and Talent
• Demonstrated success in leading Workday configuration initiatives in a global environment
• Experience managing or mentoring Workday analysts
