Job Summary
Leading a team of HRIS analysts, the full-time remote Workday HRIS Manager will serve as the subject matter expert on Workday, managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HRIS analysts to enhance their skills and career development
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday, managing system configurations and troubleshooting integration issues
- Participate in major projects involving Workday, including mergers and organizational changes, while ensuring security protocols are upheld
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Workday
- Minimum of 1 year of management or team lead experience in an HRIS environment
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering results
- Experience with full-cycle Workday implementations and a deep understanding of Workday modules
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort in writing complex reports, including building calculated fields
