Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategic design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS system (Workday)
  • Manage the Workday HRIS Support ticket system and user permissions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business leaders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma with relevant experience
  • 4 years of technical Workday experience, including implementations and configurations
  • Experience with Workday advanced compensation; familiarity with time tracking and absence modules is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of Workday EIB, calculated fields, and report writing; XML and XSLT knowledge desired
  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
