Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS system (Workday)
- Manage the Workday HRIS Support ticket system and user permissions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma with relevant experience
- 4 years of technical Workday experience, including implementations and configurations
- Experience with Workday advanced compensation; familiarity with time tracking and absence modules is a plus
- Expert knowledge of Workday EIB, calculated fields, and report writing; XML and XSLT knowledge desired
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
