Job Summary
A company is looking for a HRIS Manager to oversee the Workday environment and drive HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday, managing configuration and enhancements
- Lead the configuration of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and recruiting processes
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics while collaborating with stakeholders across departments
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HRIS experience with 7+ years in Workday configuration
- Proven experience in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting configurations
- Advanced expertise in Business Process Framework, security administration, and reporting
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB/API) and HR data compliance
- Strong understanding of HR data structures
