Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Manager to oversee the Workday environment and drive HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday, managing configuration and enhancements
  • Lead the configuration of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and recruiting processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics while collaborating with stakeholders across departments
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HRIS experience with 7+ years in Workday configuration
  • Proven experience in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting configurations
  • Advanced expertise in Business Process Framework, security administration, and reporting
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB/API) and HR data compliance
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures
