Job Summary
Owning and optimizing the Workday platform, the full-time Workday HRIS Manager will manage system administration, configuration, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance People Operations processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Workday (HCM, Benefits, US Payroll) and manage workflows, security roles, and business processes
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational needs and ensure data integrity through audits and validations
- Collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to address system needs and implement process improvements
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in Workday administration
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including business processes and reporting
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or People Ops processes through systems
- Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
