Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Workday HRIS Reporting & Analytics Analyst will design, develop, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions across the Workday platform while collaborating with various HR and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
- Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience developing reporting and analytics solutions within the Workday platform
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards
- Experience supporting reporting needs across one or more Workday functional areas
- Workday Pro Reporting Certification or related certifications (strongly preferred)
