Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist focused on Compensation and Absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation processes and configurations in Workday
- Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or changes affecting Compensation and Absence
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday Compensation and Absence issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday Compensation and Absence configuration
- Experience with Workday technologies such as EIB, Report Writer, and Business Process Framework
- Strong understanding of system setup and business processes related to compensation and absence
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage ambiguity
