Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist focused on Compensation and Absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation processes and configurations in Workday
  • Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or changes affecting Compensation and Absence
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday Compensation and Absence issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday Compensation and Absence configuration
  • Experience with Workday technologies such as EIB, Report Writer, and Business Process Framework
  • Strong understanding of system setup and business processes related to compensation and absence
  • Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage ambiguity
