Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Specialist, HRIS to support their global Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday functionality across multiple modules
Manage full-cycle HRIS projects, including planning, testing, and implementation
Collaborate with HR and other teams to identify improvements and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, Business Administration, or related field
5-8 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role
3+ years of experience with Workday is required
Proficient in 3+ Workday modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, and Compensation
Workday Pro certification is strongly preferred
