Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist to support and grow within their HRIS team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Workday across core modules including HCM, Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding, and more
  • Lead bi-annual Workday releases, including planning, testing, and rollout of new features
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to support reporting, documentation, and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
  • Direct experience configuring, testing, and implementing Workday
  • Experience working in a production Workday tenant
  • Solid understanding of general technology concepts and system lifecycle
  • Professional and solutions-focused mindset
