Workday HRMS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRMS Functional Support Analyst to support and optimize their Workday HRMS application.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday HRMS implementations and upgrades, collaborating with technical teams and functional users
• Provide daily user support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth system operations
• Act as a functional liaison for enhancements and IT-supported fixes, including creating functional specifications and conducting system testing

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years supporting Workday HRMS applications
• 6+ years of Workday HRMS implementation/upgrade experience
• 2+ full Workday SDLC implementations
• Experience as a Functional Lead on at least two projects
