Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Implementation Expert Witness Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Workday implementation artifacts, including configuration, integrations, testing documentation, and approved design work
• Analyze project scope and decisions for alignment with Workday standards and industry norms
• Draft expert reports detailing findings and recommendations
• Provide expert testimony in court if required
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure defensibility of project decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Workday project experience
• Extensive end-to-end Workday implementation experience
• Proven expertise with Workday integrations and custom configurations
• Ability to write expert testimony and testify in court
• Prior experience with healthcare organizations
