Job Summary
To support the organization's HR technology ecosystem, the full-time Workday Integration Analyst will configure and optimize Workday integrations and reporting solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and actionable insights while working remotely or onsite in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure stability, accuracy, and timely data flow across systems
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments
- Workday integrations and reporting experience required
- Functional knowledge of Workday modules, including Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio; APIs preferred)
