Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integration Consultant / HR Systems Analyst to support their HR Technology team on a 6+ month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures, system errors, and data discrepancies
• Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations
• Strong expertise in RaaS, WECI, and Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIB and Workday Connectors
• Strong experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes
