Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

To support clients post-deployment, the full-time Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant will deliver high-quality Workday Integration solutions, troubleshoot integration issues, and participate in internal training initiatives, all while working remotely from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Workday Integration solutions to meet client business needs across various industries
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Integration issues directly with clients
• Participate in internal training and assist with initiatives to improve team and company performance

Required qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification
• 1+ years of Workday Integration post-production support experience
• Experience with building and debugging Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
