Workday Integration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integration Developer to manage day-to-day operations and large-scale initiatives within the People Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incident and change requests for Workday to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze system enhancements and consult on new features for Workday Integration systems
• Support change transformation projects through analysis, consultancy, and configuration adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, and Reporting within Workday
• Experience with Workday in a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
• Strong configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday
• Advanced Reporting Writer skills
• Experience in an HR Operations/Shared Service environment is highly desirable
