Workday Integration Developer

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of HR tech solutions, the full-time remote Workday Integration Developer will leverage AI-driven development to create automated People & Culture solutions, ensuring seamless employee experiences across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture solutions, integrating systems like Workday and ServiceNow HRSD
• Spearhead the design and implementation of AI-driven HR solutions, optimizing data mapping and building automated workflows
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business value for HR and IT executives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience, with at least 4 years focused on Workday Integrations
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools and Large Language Models into enterprise workflows
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage vendor relationships in a high-growth environment
• Experience in building business cases and measuring ROI for People & Culture technology solutions
