Workday Integration Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Manager, the Workday Integration Lead will manage the implementation life cycle of Workday integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design and maintain Workday reports to support client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new Workday integrations and manage enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Design, build, and maintain various Workday reports to support data validation and testing
• Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to identify and resolve technical challenges during the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, particularly in data conversion and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas
