Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support the HR Information System (HRIS) for data accuracy and system integrity
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
  • Manage the Exit Management Portal to streamline offboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in HRIS management and Workday integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration tools
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly offboarding and exit management
  • Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes is a plus
