Workday Integration Team Lead

Job Summary

Guiding a functional team in a remote capacity, the full-time Consulting Services Team Lead will oversee onboarding and post-production projects, serve as the primary escalation point for issues, and mentor junior team members while driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with training and process updates while managing project assignments and resource management
• Mentor team members, manage performance, and collaborate with internal teams on process improvements
• Participate in projects as a Service Consultant to support teams and customers, identifying risks and resolving issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Workday Integration Certification
• 3-5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday Integrations
• Mentoring or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
