Workday Integrations Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with senior leaders, the full-time remote Workday Integrations Architect will design and implement innovative solutions for cloud-based enterprise systems while managing complex integrations and leading a technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement goal-achieving solutions in collaboration with client senior leaders
• Manage complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
• Build and maintain enduring relationships to drive additional project work and exceed client engagement objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
• 6+ years of experience with complex systems integrations and data conversions
• Proven experience managing a team and supporting program planning efforts
• Experience using Studio; knowledge of Orchestrate is a plus
• Background in HR, financial, operational, or research administration within a university, hospital, or academic medical center
