Workday Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Engineer for a contract role, the successful candidate will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations remotely, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions using the full Workday integration toolset.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Extend/Orchestration
• Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems, troubleshooting failures and performing root cause analysis
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

Required qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Extend/Orchestration
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations and Workday integration architecture
• Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with ISU setup, OAuth, and certificate management
• Functional knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and HCM modules is a plus
