Workday Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

As a key member of the People Technology team, the full-time remote Workday Integrations Engineer will design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and various enterprise platforms, ensuring secure data movement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable Workday integrations using various tools and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs and data mappings
• Manage the full integration lifecycle, focusing on continuous optimization and operational stability

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in designing and supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services
• Familiarity with data protocols and formats such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Understanding of security standards including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSL/TLS
• Solid knowledge of core HR functional areas like HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
