Workday Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Workday Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain reports, configure Workday processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, and system functionality
- Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and recommend system solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience as an HR systems analyst or two active Workday Pro Certifications
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting/Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to assess the impact of changes
