Job Summary

Leading the implementation and support of Workday modules, the full-time ES Workday Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, or other modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Workday functionalities
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with teams, and ensure compliance with data governance standards

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in Workday modules and business process configuration
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and system testing
• Workday certifications and experience in leading end-to-end Workday implementations
• Solid understanding of HR, Finance, or Payroll processes
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management skills
