Workday Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects, work with Project Managers, and provide estimates for consultant hours
• Present, guide workshops, and demonstrate complex functionality to customers
• Work cross-functionally to improve strategy and develop other consultants

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Workday products in HCM and other modules
• Commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business
• Broad business and technology understanding with awareness of industry trends
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
• Experience confidently managing stakeholders
